Digital Marketing Coordinator (2015221)

Summary:
This position provides broad support for the day-to-day marketing operations of the organization including internal and external communications, website and e-communications, social media, marketing campaigns, and more. The right candidate will have strong graphic design skills to help position and promote the Garlock brand through various communication tactics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide communications support to clearly and visually articulate the Garlock brand
Assist in planning, development and publication of internal and external communications
Collaborate with internal and external resources to:
Update website content and create landing pages
Coordinate all company social media efforts, including reporting
Create emails campaigns and templates
Host and promote webinars
Assist with design and layout of sales brochures, flyers, data sheets, infographics and other collateral materials
Perform all design work in accordance with Garlock brand standards
Assist with product and event photography and videography needs, including video editing
Support marketing related communication needs of designated business groups and departments. Build relationships with key customers and provide consultation
Review analytics of communications initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Provide critical support updating web content to improve search engine optimization
Interface with vendors to coordinate timelines, delivery schedules and proof/approve materials
Assist with product information management (PIM) and digital asset management (DAM) initiatives by providing content
Aid in development and management of marketing deliverable calendar to meet deadlines
Draw from a deep knowledge of current tools, platforms and technologies, and stay current with industry practices on marketing communications
Digital asset library management
Digital advertisement design
Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns including product launches
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Digital Marketing or related field
2+ years related experience
Must be familiar with digital marketing for a B2B environment, preferably manufacturing
Knowledge and experience with a variety of social media platforms and best practices
Computer proficiency, experience with Microsoft Office and familiar with Google G Suite
Must have experience with, HTML, CSS, and most importantly, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with CMS systems, preferably Drupal
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot), preferred, not required
Familiarity with responsive design and mobile
General knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce preferred, not required
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Ability to take direction and work independently
Must be a self-starter with attention to detail
Highly effective at collaborating across organizational boundaries
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple changing priorities
Ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable in a deadline driven environment
Strong familiarity with executing best practices in all digital functions including web development, acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO)
Must demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills
Openness to ongoing personal development
Working Conditions: Office/Manufacturing, some travel may be required (5%)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
