Manufacturing & Design Engineer (2015158)

Performs a variety of engineering work inclusive of tool & product design, applications, innovation and manufacturing. While focal requirement is around tool & product design, there will be significant involvement with the manufacturing team driving key process improvement initiatives.
Applies appropriate product and tooling development fundamentals to design and have fabricated the required dies, molds and sealing components that directly support the commercial and operational objectives.
Utilizing SolidWorks CAD software to create and revise solid models and detailed mechanical drawings for various products, tools and dies.
Develops associated cost and delivery estimates for various dies and molds.
Act as the first point of contact for product related manufacturing issues and manufacturing related product returns.
Coordinate the purchase and/or manufacturing of molds and holds responsibility for initial trials to qualify products fit, form, and function and full scale manufacturability.
Provides support to Product Engineering team for diaphragm related projects focused on new product and process development opportunities.
Key resource towards developing, evaluating, improving, and documenting new or existing manufacturing processes, materials and/or equipment investment opportunities.
Provide technical support to production and maintenance with trouble shooting and resolving technical problems.
Support business unit goals and objectives, safety initiatives, quality initiatives, continuous improvement initiatives, and company policies and procedures
Keeps abreast of the latest developments in the field through study of technical literature and membership in technical societies.
BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering. Other educational background with relevant experience.
Experience in machine, tool and product design a plus
Proficient in the use of CAD software (SolidWorks).
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to collaborate, listen and implement ideas of cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects.
Self-starter with strong desire for hands on design environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
