Responsibilities Must be familiar with all aspects of residential and bank real estate closings.
Demonstrated competence in the preparation and balancing of all required closing documents and post closing distributions.
Must be able to meet strict deadlines and communicate professionally with clients throughout the closing process.
Coordinate other closing related administrative tasks such as mortgage recordings and document procurement.
Set up new client files for all closings in Clio.
Must be flexible, hard working and able to multitask while performing in a fast paced work environment.
Qualifications 2-4 years real estate paralegal experience.
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and Clio preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation based on experience.
