Applicants should ideally have hotel experience but can learn on the job also.
The pay rate will vary based on the candidates experience in management or hotel experience.
This position requires working about 40-50 hours per week.
Job description includes (but is not limited to):
- hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining employees - responsible for front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance employees - responsible for customer service, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, room condition, and other specific brand standards - managing payroll and inventory costs - daily cash deposits, auditing daily reports, managing accounts receivable, and other administrative tasks - group reservations and sales efforts - keep hotel grounds and entire hotel clean and organized - making sure employees perform their expected duties - must be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week in case of emergency.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
